課程說明(Course Description)
本課程將帶領工學院學生進入智慧財產(Intellectual Property)、科技研發、與全球化競爭(Global Competition)等三大學門間交互作用的領域，其目的在於培養同學結合研發與智財之能力，作為建立國家競爭優勢所需之領導人才的基礎。本課程探討之智財範圍包括專利(Patent)，著作權(Copyright)，商標(Trademark)，產業機密(Trade Secret)，以及反托辣斯(Antitrust) 。 課程之重點如下：
各經濟體(台灣、中國大陸、美國、及歐盟)智財法律之基礎性介紹，以為同學建立正確之智財與競爭觀念。
研發策略與智財策略之建立執行、互為指導、與全球佈局。
以研發成果產生與獲得有效之智財。
以有效之智財作為競爭優勢之基礎。
以公眾利益為前提之全球競合準則。
